Full-time We are seeking skilled and experienced IT Hardware Engineers at L1 to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support for a wide range of hardware components including laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, servers, chipsets, and networking solutions. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, as well as proficiency in operating system installations, firewall management, and network solutions.
Responsibilities:
Level 1 (L1) IT Hardware Engineer:
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Provide basic technical support to end-users regarding hardware-related problems.
Install and configure operating systems on various devices.
Collaborate with L2 and L3 engineers for escalated issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Hardware Engineer at different levels (L1, L2, L3).
Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, servers, and chipsets.
Proficiency in operating system installations (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Experience with firewall management and network solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for on-site support.
Certifications (Optional):
CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Certified: Windows 10 or Server certifications
