This applies to Partner Engineers, customers, and delivery personnel using our platform, app, or services. Personal data refers to any information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, contact information, and any other data associated with your account.

2.⁠ ⁠Conditions for Data Deletion
FixPapa will delete personal data under the following conditions:

Upon User Request: You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
End of Service: If you stop using our services and no longer maintain an account with FixPapa, we will delete your personal information after a certain retention period, as outlined below.
Legal Compliance: We will delete personal data when required to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
3.⁠ ⁠Procedure for Requesting Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal data, you may contact us through the following methods:

Email: Send a data deletion request to [support@fixpapa.com].
In-App: Use the account settings in the FixPapa app to submit a request to delete your account and associated data.
Upon receiving your request, we will:

Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
Process your request within [30 days] from the date of verification, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Provide confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.
4.⁠ ⁠Exceptions to Data Deletion
In certain situations, we may be unable to delete all or part of your data due to:

Legal Obligations: FixPapa may be required to retain certain personal information to comply with legal obligations, such as financial or tax reporting, contractual commitments, or law enforcement requests.
Dispute Resolution: We may retain your personal data if it is necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements, such as outstanding balances or service-related issues.
In such cases, we will retain only the data necessary for these purposes and ensure that it is securely protected.

5.⁠ ⁠Data Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. After that, your personal data will either be anonymized or deleted, in accordance with the following retention periods:

Account Information: Personal data linked to your account will be retained for [X years] after account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.

6.⁠ ⁠Data Deletion Impact
Once your data is deleted:

You will no longer have access to your FixPapa account.
All service history, including orders, payment history, and service requests, will be permanently erased.
FixPapa will no longer be able to restore your account or recover deleted data.
If you are a Partner Engineer or delivery personnel, deleting your account may also remove your access to FixPapa’s service network and listings.

7.⁠ ⁠Data Backup and Restoration
FixPapa maintains secure backups of its systems. Deleted data may remain in backup storage for up to [90 days] after deletion, after which it will be permanently purged. During this period, the data will not be accessible or processed for any other purpose.
